Role Summary

Head of Portfolio Steering for a global insurer/reinsurer in New York. Lead design and delivery of portfolio steering, quarterly performance reviews, and pricing inputs to business reviews. Build out portfolio steering capabilities, partner with pricing, underwriting and analytics, and present insights to senior leadership and the board. Senior/head-level role reporting to the Chief Pricing Actuary.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in portfolio steering, performance management, or FP&A
Deep knowledge of global corporate and specialty (re)insurance
Experience working closely with pricing actuaries and underwriters
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with messy data and MI packs
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
