Senior Manager health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate practice, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. You’ll advise payers, providers, health systems, and insurers on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modelling, and transformation while leading teams and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average

Nice to have

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform
