Senior Manager-level Health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate practice, based in Baltimore, Maryland, with approximately 50% travel. You’ll advise payer and provider clients on pricing, product strategy, reimbursement and value-based care, lead actuarial modelling and analysis, and manage teams delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Must have
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Strongly preferred
8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
