Senior Health actuarial consulting role in Nashville with Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate offering. You’ll advise health plans, providers, and health systems on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modeling, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to senior stakeholders. The role requires 50% travel on average.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of health actuarial experience
- ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
- Ability to travel 50% on average
Strongly preferred
- 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
- 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
- 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
