Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
