Closer to client-facing consulting than a pricing-underwriting partner—the work spans multiple client types and includes regional revenue ownership, not one carrier portfolio.

Senior Director-level P&C actuarial consulting role with flexible location and a strong preference for Chicago. You will own regional business development and revenue targets, lead client relationships, review technical work, and manage varied reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and economic capital engagements.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • ACAS/FCAS credentials or similar qualifications
  • 10+ years of consulting experience focused on Property and Casualty clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to foster inclusiveness, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Self-motivated and proactive with client-oriented solutions
  • Collaborative team player in cross-functional environment
