Life actuarial internship in Prudential’s 2027 Actuarial Internship Program in Newark, New Jersey, with a hybrid work pattern. Over approximately 10 weeks, interns may contribute to assumptions modeling, pricing and product development, projections, or valuation while working with teams across insurance, annuity, retirement, and investment businesses. The program can lead to a return internship or full-time opportunity.

Requirements

Must have

  • Enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating Dec 2027–May 2029
  • US work authorization without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Preferred major in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or math-focused field
  • GPA 3.2 or above
  • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectually curious and open to change
  • Knowledge of modeling packages, programming languages, spreadsheet/database software
  • Passage of one or more SOA exams
