Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
7-10 years of progressive experience in actuarial, healthcare finance, population health, analytics, consulting, strategy, or operations
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage economics including medical cost trends, utilization management, risk adjustment, provider reimbursement, pharmacy spend, and/or value-based care
Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience using Python or R, business intelligence platforms, and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable technologies
Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation to analytical workflows, operational efficiency, reporting, or business decision-making
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
Proven experience leading and developing senior analysts, actuaries, or finance professionals
