Senior P&C actuarial analyst role with State Farm’s Property and Casualty Actuarial team, based in Bloomington, Illinois, with other office options available. You’ll develop actuarial recommendations, apply statistical and predictive modeling, and support business partners on multifaceted problems. The role requires at least two years of experience and three actuarial exams, with ACAS preferred.

Requirements

Must have

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
Successful completion of at least three Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society exams
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management or other analytical fields
Experience with data and statistical analysis in Excel, SQL, R, and/or Python
Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor for U.S. work authorization

Strongly preferred

ACAS designation preferred
Intention to earn, or maintain the Continuing Education requirements of, the ACAS/FCAS designation
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, leadership, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
