Senior Retirement actuary role in Pacific Life’s Pension Risk Transfer pricing team, based in Newport Beach, CA, with alternatives in Omaha or Charlotte. You’ll lead PRT pricing, product development, transaction execution, profitability analysis, and sales collaboration, using Excel, VBA, and Prophet. The role requires an FSA and direct PRT experience.

Requirements

Must have

FSA designation (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries)
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

Strongly preferred

Experience in actuarial pricing, product development, and modeling
Direct experience with Pension Risk Transfer products
Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive results
Demonstrable track record of working effectively with others, providing mentorship, and driving team success
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & VBA
