- Team leadership including mentoring and performance management
- Proficiency with actuarial software, statistical tools and data visualization platforms
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills

- Experience working effectively in remote or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and risk management practices
